Pre-Delivery Inspection: All vehicles have undergone a rigorous Star certification pre-delivery inspection by skilled technicians and any fault identified have been put right.
Service History: All vehicles are sold with a full service history.
Car Exchange: BL Autosource will exchange your vehicle, if a major faults occurs within 14 days that can not be repaired.
Car data Check and Mileage Check: To give further reassurance BL Autosource check the history of every vehicle and all mileages have been checked.

Wear and Tear: Star Protected Warranties do NOT have a wear and tear clause.
Consequential Loss: With Star protected warranties damage to insured components caused by the failure of non-insured components is covered.
Car Battery: Star Protected even covers your car battery.
In Car Entertainment: If your vehicle has In Car Entertainment including televisions, videos, DVD Players, Satellite Navigation equipment or a games console, you can cover the repair or replacement costs if they fail on our Diamond or Platinum cover levels.

When you drive your car away you will receive your Star Driver Pack that will contain:
The Star Pre-Delivery inspection report.
Your Star Certified 30-day cover note.
A copy of the vehicle provenance check.
Conformation of the mileage check underway.
Service history details where applicable.

Your Star Certified Warranty or Star Customer Care package policy will be sent to you within 30 days of purchase.
